WHETHER THEY ARE COMPATIBLE WITH THE AVERAGE TOWCAR.
WHETHER THE COMBINATION WOULD HAVE A COMBINED GROSS MASS OF OVER 4500kg.
If the train weight exceeds 4500kg, then both vehicles will need to have a COF, and that is dearer and more stringent than a standard WOF
